CITY ORDINANCE 135.12 DUMPING OF SNOW
It is unlawful for any person to throw, push, or place or cause to be thrown, pushed or placed, any ice or snow from private property, sidewalks, or driveways onto the traveled way of a street or alley.
CITY ORDINANCE 136.03 REMOVAL OF SNOW ,ICE AND ACCUMULATIONS
The abutting property owner shall remove snow, ice and accumulations promptly from sidewalks.
We are asking that you please be courteous when removing snow from your residence or business. In the event of a forecasted snow please find alternative parking for your vehicle, boat, camper, trailer, etc. as the city workers attempt to safely remove the snow from our streets. As always, we thank you for your patience and understanding.
